Common questions
How much does a website cost?
Our packages are £595, £995 and £1,795, each a one-off fee rather than a monthly commitment. What separates them is the number of pages and how much search work is included. The price is fixed and agreed before work starts, so the bill won't grow halfway through. Optional Website Care plans for hosting and upkeep start at £39 a month. The pricing page lists what each package includes.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the package: Starter sites usually take one to two weeks, Professional two to four weeks and Premium three to five weeks from kick-off to launch. What usually decides it is how quickly we get content and feedback back from you.
Do you only work with businesses on the Wirral?
No. We're based on the Wirral and work with small businesses all over the UK. Most of the work happens over video calls and email, so location doesn't really matter. If you're in Merseyside or Cheshire, we're happy to meet in person.
What happens after launch?
You get the code, the hosting setup and documentation, so you can take the site anywhere. If you want us to look after hosting, security and updates afterwards, our Website Care plans start at £39 a month, but you don't have to take one.
Can you fix or improve our existing website?
Often, yes. We'll look at what you have first. Sometimes a few days of speed and accessibility fixes gets you most of the benefit for a fraction of the cost of a rebuild.
