Questions about cost
Are these prices fixed, or will the final bill be higher?
The price you see is the price you pay. Each package is a one-off fee for what's listed, agreed in writing before work starts. If you want something extra later, we'll quote it separately and only start once you've approved it.
What if I need more pages than the package includes?
Extra pages are quoted individually, and we'll confirm the cost before adding them. If you need a lot more than fifteen pages, or features like bookings or online payments, get in touch and we'll quote the project separately.
What are the ongoing costs after launch?
Your domain name, usually £10 to £15 a year, plus hosting. You can pay the providers directly with no markup from us, or choose a Website Care plan from £39 a month and we'll look after hosting, security, backups and updates for you. Care plans are optional.
How does payment work?
We split the fee into stages rather than asking for it all up front. The schedule is set out in your written quote, and we're happy to work around your cash flow.
What if I only need one thing, like a performance audit?
That's fine, and often a good place to start. One-off jobs like an accessibility audit, an SEO review or speeding up an existing site are quoted separately. Just get in touch and tell us what you need.
